Perform monthly firewall penetration testing and take corrective actions to close vulnerabilities. Verify proper operation of scheduled data backup processes. Customer will ensure that tapes are stored offsite for disaster recovery purposes. Perform weekly hard disk optimization processes on the server and all workstations during non-business hours. Continuously monitor software versions for insecure and un-patched statuses and proactively install corrected versions as they are made available from Licensors. Monitor and manage the utilization of hard disk storage on the server and all workstations. Perform weekly proactive analysis of server, workstation, and firewall logs to identify recurring error conditions. Resolve all conditions that can be corrected with configurable items within the Licensors software. Perform an onsite visit once every two months to clean up dust and dirt accumulation in server and workstations. Perform periodic consistency checks on RAID containers in the server in accordance with the manufacturers recommendation (Dell). Update BIOS, ESM, PERC firmware, PERC driver, NIC driver, chipset and other related model specific update packages as they are made available from Dell (support.dell.com) for servers and workstations. Perform network administration tasks necessary for the continued effective operation of the System, to include configurable items within the Licensors software, and tools and utilities programs made available by the Licensor.
